Food bank

Food bank

I should have added to the update yesterday that unfortunately support seems to have dropped off for the Foodbank box at 20 Stamford Road. I have suggested they collect fortnightly but this week only three items in the box.

Please can I stress there is still a high demand for this serviceand I should have included in update yesterday at present the government has not indicated the voucher system for school dinners will continue through the summer holidays. If you can spare something occasionally it will be so much appreciated asthe demands of the Covid 19 situation has affected many with regard to income. This is not charity it is everybody's human right to have access to food in our educated society. If you really want to check out needs then look at their website to see what in particular is in demand but in truth anything is valuable.https://rutland.foodbank.org.uk/
